Policies
Consultations
-
Consultations are required in order to receive service.

All Consultations are virtual (via Zoom) for added convenience.

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee is required to schedule consultation (after a free preliminary questionnaire is performed to ensure that you are a candidate for service).

Consultation fee will be applied to service if you become a client.
Deposits
-
A minimum requirement of 25% of total price of treatment is required in order to book appointment (once consultation is complete). Amount of deposit required is dependent upon provided service and cost. Any deposit will be deducted from total cost of service.

Initial appointments must be made within 90 days of deposit. If not completed within 90 days of deposit, you will incur a rescheduling fee of $350 to book future appointment.

Remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment date. Failure to do so will result in appointment being marked as no-show and deposit will be forfeited.

If you wish to keep appointment you will be subject to late fee of $100. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If Late
-
15-minute grace period will be granted for appointment, as all appointments are scheduled to accommodate and ensure all safety measures are taken between all clients. Please contact us if you are going to be late.

A late fee of $100 will be charged after the grace period.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule. A reschedule fee of $350 will be required to re-book appointment.
Reschedules
-
If you would like to reschedule, a 48-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED to reschedule your appointment. If notice is not provided in the above time requirement, you will incur a $500 rescheduling fee to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduled appointments must be done within 4 weeks of original appointment date.

Only 1 reschedule appointment is allowed at no additional charge, any additional reschedule will incur an appointment change fee of $500.

Pre-care instructions are a requirement for service. Services and deposit will be forfeited if you are not incompliance with ALL pre-care instructions. If you must reschedule due to this, a $350 rescheduling fee will be required for re-book for any appointment canceled/rescheduled due to non-compliance.
Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If remaining balance is not paid by due date, your appointment will be canceled, and deposit forfeited.
Results & Expectations

Results are different from client to client, with varying determining factors. We have no control what takes place during the healing process.

Makeup and/or multiple sessions may be required based on healing and service provided.

We CANNOT make any guarantees and additional sessions outside of the 2 sessions provided may be required (will incur additional charges) to achieve optimal results.
Refunds

No refunds will be provided after services are rendered.

We make our best efforts to provide you with a premium service and memorable experience. However, many factors can result in less than optimal outcome as each client heals differently.
It is important to follow ALL Pre & Post care instructions provided. -
If you have paid your balance in full and wish not to proceed with treatment, a refund will be issued with a deduction of any appropriate fees (deposit fee, consultation fee, transaction fees for refund, etc.)
